The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Digital Marketing at APU is designed to prepare students for the evolving digital business environment by combining marketing principles with modern technologies and data-driven strategies.
Students develop practical knowledge and skills in digital marketing platforms, consumer engagement, content development, analytics, e-commerce, and performance measurement. The programme incorporates current industry trends including AI-enabled marketing tools, social media strategies, and customer experience management.
Students also have the opportunity to participate in the APU–DMU Dual Degree Scheme, enabling graduates to receive qualifications from both APU Malaysia and De Montfort University (UK).

Application & Student Visa Fees
STAGE 1 (Payable upon acceptance of offer) RM 3,350 (approx. USD 780)* is payable when you have accepted the offer. This fee includes Visa Processing Fees by Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and APU/APIIT Application & Processing Fees. This also entitles you to airport assistance and transfer to the University/accommodation upon first arrival in Malaysia. Please note that this Fee is non-refundable once the offer has been accepted. STAGE 2 (Payable upon Student Pass Visa Approval) RM 1,500 (approx. USD 350)* is payable once your Student Pass is approved. This fee includes the post-arrival processing fee, EMGS medical check-up in Malaysia, Medical Insurance for a year, i-Kad (International Student Card issued by Immigration Malaysia) charged to ALL International students in Malaysia, Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVal), and the Student Pass Fees for one-year. The i-Kad issued by Immigration Malaysia will enable students to avoid having to carry their passports around for identification purposes and will be tied to their Student Pass Validity and will be re-issued at visa renewal. Please note that this Fee is non-refundable once the Student Pass Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been issued by EMGS. |

Entry Requirements
Academic Requirements
Applicants must satisfy one of the following qualifications or equivalent:
• STPM: 2 passes with minimum Grade C (GP 2.0)
• A-Level: 2 passes (Grades A–D)
• UEC: 5 Grade Bs
• Foundation Programme: Minimum CGPA 2.0
• Matriculation: Minimum CGPA 2.0
• Diploma: Successful completion of a recognised diploma programme
Additional Requirements
• Pass in English at SPM/O-Level/IGCSE or equivalent
• Pass in Mathematics at SPM/O-Level/IGCSE or equivalent
The English and Mathematics requirement may be waived if equivalent or higher qualifications include these subjects.
English Language Requirements (International Students)
• IELTS: Minimum 5.5
• TOEFL iBT: Minimum 46
• PTE Academic: Minimum 51
• MUET: Band 4
Equivalent English qualifications accepted by APU may also be considered.
