Married Students (no children)

Residential accommodation is available for 17 married couples (without children). This accommodation generally remains for the students period of study. Students commencing study 'move-in' towards the end of January and need to vacate on or before 15 December in the year they complete their period of study.

Married Students (with children)

We currently have housing accommodation for 11 families in and around the Croydon campus.Students seeking family accommodation rent housing from the college. This accommodation generally remains for the students period of study. Students commencing study 'move-in' towards the end of January and need to vacate on or before 20 December in the year they complete their period of study.

Singles Accommodation

Single rooms are modern, clean and bright. Rooms are furnished with a bed, pillow, desk and wardrobe. Students supply their own bed linen and towels. While meals are provided in the dining room during semesters, common rooms include a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. While the majority of rooms are single, a small number of students are allocated shared rooms which may be rotated each semester.
